01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "lucki8", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the lucki8 platform operating under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" means the website lucki8.onl and all associated services, games, betting markets, and account management tools accessible through it.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the lucki8 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User following successful registration and identity verification on lucki8.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User using approved PKR payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• "Bonus Balance" means funds credited by lucki8 as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, including CNIC submission and identity confirmation required before withdrawals are processed on lucki8.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means actions defined in Section 9 of these Terms that are strictly forbidden on the lucki8 platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing lucki8 or clicking any "I Agree" checkbox during registration, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform. These documents together constitute the entire agreement between you and lucki8.

These Terms apply to all Users regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access lucki8, including access via mobile browser on Pakistani networks (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone) or any fixed broadband connection.

lucki8 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to your registered address or via a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of lucki8 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 Eligibility & Age Restrictions

To open a lucki8 account and use any real-money services on the platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum and applies regardless of local laws in your jurisdiction that may set a different threshold.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal constructs may not hold lucki8 accounts.
• You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction prohibiting you from entering into binding contracts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where lucki8's license does not extend.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or contractor of lucki8 or any of its affiliated entities, or a close family member of such a person.

04 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

To access real-money services on lucki8, you must complete the registration process, providing accurate and complete information including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful, current, and belongs solely to you.

4.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one active lucki8 account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, CNICs, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, lucki8 will close all accounts except the first registered, void all bonuses across duplicate accounts, and may withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lucki8 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. lucki8 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arises from your failure to secure your credentials. You should notify lucki8 support immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4.4 KYC Verification

lucki8 is required under its international gaming license to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a clear copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) and may be asked to provide proof of the payment method used (for example, a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account). Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required period may have withdrawal functionality suspended.

05 Deposits & Payment Methods

lucki8 accepts deposits exclusively via approved PKR payment methods, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, and Meezan Bank online transfer. The list of accepted methods may change and is displayed on the Deposits page within your lucki8 account dashboard.

• Minimum deposit: Rs. 500 per transaction.
• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• lucki8 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are credited to your lucki8 PKR wallet within 60 seconds for mobile wallet methods under normal conditions. Bank transfers may take 30 to 60 minutes.
• lucki8 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits as part of its AML obligations under the international gaming license.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from lucki8 are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs. 1,000 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa; Rs. 2,000 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name, matching the CNIC on file with lucki8.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfers typically complete within 1 to 2 hours during business hours.
• lucki8 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending security review, AML checks, or where bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Only the real-money balance is available for withdrawal at any time.

lucki8 will communicate any withdrawal delay to you via your registered email or through the live chat support function within your account dashboard.

07 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

lucki8 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slots, and cricket betting cashback during PSL and international tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible account unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused bonus balances expire at the end of the validity period.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Certain game categories — including live dealer games, sports betting, and specific slot titles — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements. This will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• lucki8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time where abuse, fraud, or manipulation is suspected.
• Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus, use of VPNs to access geo-restricted offers, or coordinated bonus abuse between accounts constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 9.

08 Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on lucki8 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited as required under lucki8's international gaming license. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

Sports betting odds on lucki8, including PSL cricket markets, UFC, and other international sports, are set by lucki8's trading team and reflect the platform's assessment of probability including a margin. Odds are subject to change before a market is settled and may be suspended at any time where integrity concerns arise.

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, lucki8 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. lucki8's decision on such matters is final.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lucki8 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling lucki8 to suspend or close your account and forfeit any balances:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or access the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or other strategies specifically designed to extract value from bonus offers without genuine recreational play.
• Providing false identity, age, or payment information at any point.
• Opening multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other persons.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Using a VPN or other IP masking tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Colluding with other players in any lucki8 game or betting market.
• Using lucki8 for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lucki8 support staff or other platform users.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

lucki8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• The User has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
• lucki8 is required to do so by a regulator, law enforcement authority, or court order.
• The User has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions in Section 11.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, lucki8 may forfeit all balances including both real-money and bonus amounts. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to any User breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the User's registered PKR payment method following completion of identity verification.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting lucki8 support via the live chat function in the account dashboard. A standard account closure triggered by the User will result in any real-money balance being returned after identity verification is complete.

11 Responsible Gaming

lucki8 takes its obligations under its international gaming license regarding responsible gaming seriously. The following tools are available to all registered users and can be accessed directly from the Account Dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your lucki8 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of lucki8.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your lucki8 account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) while retaining the ability to return after the period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from lucki8 for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the exclusion period and cannot be lifted early. Any real-money balance will be returned after identity verification.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the lucki8 platform — including but not limited to the lucki8 brand name, logo, website design, game content, promotional materials, text, graphics, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of lucki8 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the lucki8 platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on lucki8 without prior written consent from lucki8.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, lucki8 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your gambling activity on the platform, including losses resulting from reliance on RTP figures, betting tips, or game strategy information.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in platform availability or game functionality arising from circumstances beyond lucki8's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the lucki8 platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit lucki8's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

lucki8 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering with lucki8, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data — including CNIC details, mobile number, email address, and payment information — is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, AML monitoring, and customer support. Data is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and is not sold or shared with third parties except as required by the international gaming license or applicable law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

lucki8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they materially affect your rights or obligations — lucki8 will provide at least 14 days' prior notice via the email address registered to your account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the lucki8 platform upon your next login.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and changes required to maintain compliance with the international gaming license, may take effect immediately without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the version currently in effect. Continued use of lucki8 after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the terms of lucki8's international gaming license and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the license is held. To the extent permitted, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or regulatory bodies specified under the licensing authority for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the lucki8 platform.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact lucki8's customer support team via the live chat function in your account dashboard to attempt an informal resolution. lucki8 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by lucki8's licensing authority, whose decision shall be binding on both parties.
